From time to time we will issue a “Call to Action” to request the help of volunteers with a project that requires an immediate or quick response. These situations will be posted here with instructions on how to participate.
These activities are critical, have time constraints and need the effort of many to be successful.

From time to time we will issue a “Call to Action” to request the help of volunteers with a project that requires an immediate or quick response. These situations will be posted here with instructions on how to participate.
A few examples of these situations are: an alert to call your legislator regarding a bill in the state house that is under consideration that weakens voter rights; an upcoming event to complete and mail postcards or letters urging people to vote; an announcement to raise members’ awareness about a petition signature gathering effort in order to get an initiative on the ballot in an upcoming election.
